Example

In the essay Roth describes a thorough history of highways, as well as describing how they are run today. They take information directly from highways acts and bills, and expand on how funding is provided for both federal and private highways. Roth further explains the benefits and faults with the current highway system. Roth's essay provided much information on the history and only half on the current state of highways. Despite knowing how the transportation systems are funded, Roth failed to provide multiple exact numbers of how much money is required and spent to maintain a highway. (Roth, 2010)
